Mexican Turkey

as you may notice, i changed the settings on my blog - i'm still not real happy with it, but i'm no guru like paul & i can't figure out this crap without wanting to throw the keyboard through the window.
so, my dad officially moved down to mexico close to a month ago. he loves it and of course so kindly thought to email me today and describe how he squeezed fresh orange juice this morning while the mountain breeze drifted through his open windows. or about how his cook (yes - he has a cook, and a maid) makes all this wonderful homemade (obviously mexican) food and the scents waft through the air and linger throughout the day. yeah - thanks for that mental picture. (note my heavy sarcasm). i just can't wait to go down the visit over thanksgiving. that a win the lottery so we can buy our own castle in the u.k. and villa on the italian riviera.

yes, i did notice the changes to your blog. the orange and brown are nice - very autumnish. or very cleveland brown-ish if you look at it through football-tinted goggles, as i am prone to do at this time of year. 'tis (almost) the season after all.
